General Terms
This Site belongs to Mobile Rescue LLC. Using the Site means you accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Mobile Rescue LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms with updated website postings. Accepting these Terms does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages, which is governed by a separate, optional opt-in described in the SMS Program section below and on our SMS Program page.
SMS Messaging Terms (Separate Optional Program)
Participation in our SMS program is entirely voluntary. SMS consent is a separate action from accepting these Terms of Service. You may decline SMS messaging and still use this Site and all of our services without limitation.
1. Program Description
Mobile Rescue LLC sends appointment confirmations, service reminders, and status updates to customers who have explicitly and separately opted in to receive SMS notifications. A separate, optional opt-in covers promotional messages such as maintenance reminders and seasonal offers.
2. Voluntary Participation
Consent to SMS messaging is not bundled into these Terms of Service or any other mandatory agreement, and is not a condition of any purchase, service, or use of this Site. You may decline messaging at any time.
3. Cancellation Instructions
Users can text STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Mobile Rescue LLC will confirm the unsubscribe via SMS and messaging will cease. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use our services.

5. Carrier Liability
Carriers bear no responsibility for delayed or undelivered messages.

The program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers.
8. Age Restriction
Participants must be 18 or older.
9. Privacy
Users should consult the Privacy Policy for details. Mobile Rescue LLC complies with TCPA and CTIA guidelines.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Limited License to You
Materials on the Site are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Mobile Rescue LLC grants personal, non-commercial use only. Users cannot modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute materials except for downloading single copies for personal use while maintaining copyright notices.
Your License to Us
By submitting content, you grant Mobile Rescue LLC a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, transmit, sell, exploit, create derivative works from, distribute, and publicly perform or display such material.
