SMS Program
Program Overview
Mobile Rescue LLC offers two separate, independent, voluntary SMS opt-in tracks. Each has its own clearly labeled checkbox on our contact form. Each requires its own affirmative opt-in. Customers may opt in to either, both, or neither without affecting their access to our services.
- Transactional / service messaging. Appointment confirmations, service status updates, and customer support messages tied to a service you have requested. Up to 4 messages per month.
- Promotional messaging. Maintenance reminders, seasonal service offers, and truck care tips. Up to 4 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless plan. Opting in to one track does not opt you in to the other.
Opt-In
You will only receive SMS messages on a given track if you have explicitly opted in to that specific track by checking its own clearly labeled, separate, unchecked, optional consent box on our contact form. Each checkbox is independent. Opt-in is never bundled into our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or any other mandatory agreement. We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions per track and comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable CTIA guidelines. Consent to either SMS track is not a condition of any purchase, service, or use of this website.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in. All opt-out requests are processed immediately. Opting out of SMS has no effect on your ability to use our services.

Supported Carriers
The program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent records are not shared with any third parties, with the sole exception of SMS aggregators and providers solely for the purpose of delivering messages you have consented to receive.
