SMS Program
Program Overview
Mobile Rescue LLC sends SMS messages to customers who provide their mobile number and explicitly consent to receive them. Messages cover appointment confirmations, service status updates, customer support, and — separately, with its own opt-in — maintenance reminders and seasonal service offers. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, with up to 4 messages per month per program. Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless plan.
Opt-In
You will only receive SMS messages if you have explicitly opted in by checking a consent box on our contact form or by submitting your number to us directly with consent. We maintain timestamped records of all opt-in actions and comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable CTIA guidelines.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in. All opt-out requests are processed immediately.

Supported Carriers
The program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent records are not shared with any third parties, with the sole exception of SMS aggregators and providers solely for the purpose of delivering messages you've consented to receive.
